Impeccable service from staff. but the location was just too busy and no proper safety measures. visitors have direct access to the rooms without keycards. that's very dangerous for a very busy location.

Excellent stay for a week from spain to see family , centrally located for my visit. staff excellent,the lady with the long legs very helpful to us . beds as always perfect . clean . till next time . thanks

Being a coach driver, i used this place for a one night stay in preparation for multiple pick ups the next morning for a london tour. hotel was great, nice and warm. good facilities in room although fairly basic as you would expect from a travelodge. very clean room, plenty of brew making stuff, decent amount of hanging space and very quiet in general, being set within a complex as opposed to being on a main road. if you want a maccy d's, you don't even have to go outside the hotel, it leads straight into the food court and mall area which is all literally metres from the hotel reception. all in all, had a very pleasant stay and the staff i encountered on reception were extremely friendly, helpful and chatty. would recommend this place for a quiet and comfortable night's stay 👍

Affordable and well-maintained accommodations with complimentary parking. a diverse range of dining choices, such as mcdonald's, greggs, and costa, are available. while the rooms don't come with a hairdryer or iron, you can easily request these amenities at the front desk. enjoyed a pleasant and comfortable stay during my visit.
