Raj Indian Cuisine & Lounge

Ordered to deliver and was so disappointed, the curry had zero taste, the chips were soggy the Chapatti was hard and the poppadoms was also soggy & the mint yoghurt sauce was vile I took the lid of and it smelt of sick. I will never order from here again.

Wont be coming here again- waiter took the mickey out of my order in front of everyone completely unnecessarily but didnt do this to anyone else?? just no need. and my dish came after about 1 and half of waiting. dissapointing.

13.95 buffet before 6pm per person. 7.95 for children. The starters were nice and so was the naan bread. If you're ordering vegetarian and meat at the same table it's tricky as the set is split so the korma and tikka are non vegetarian and the others are. You don't get to try all the dishes listed on the menu. The manager kindly added paneer to one of the vegetarian dishes upon request to make it interesting. Sadly, couldn't get seconds on that dish though, just the standard vegetable one and seconds came out greasier. It is a lovely restaurant with friendly staff and if you are non vegetarian you will be sure to enjoy it and get better value from it.

Recently dined in at the Raj. The food was nice but had quite a bit left over. I requested this be boxed up to take away. Upon opening the box only rice had been boxed up, not the naan, poppadom and remainder of the curry.

Had a meal yesterday as it was my Husband’s birthday I don’t know how did they know it’s his birthday!! The moment the Manager saw us , he wish him happy birthday and bought him a pint 🍺 and Cake !! I just don’t know how pleased I was so was my husband ♥️ I’ve been working in Hospitality Industry in a couple of countries with one of the best Hotel Brands ,I can proudly say Raj Restaurant Staff hospitality is TOP class and the meal is always PERFECT We can’t wait to come back .
