Very good company to deal with. recently bought a car policy from them - very competitive quote and the service was truly amazing - the quote was a bit complex because i was claiming ncd from other policies but they sorted everything out quickly and efficiently. i'm local so i was able to visit the office where i was served immediately and with complete professionalism & courtesy. such a refreshing change from waiting in a telephone queue whilst being reminded that my call is important before being put through to a foreign call centre & having to explain everything 3 times to cross the language barrier. after my visit (confession time now) i decided to phone them just to test the response time and customer service. my call was answered in 5 rings, by a human being, and within 10 seconds i was speaking to the member of staff i had dealt with on my visit. test passed with flying colours! would highly recommend fogartys insurance.
