Rang up, needing a lock changing on my front door and from making the call to the front door being closed with locks changed, and the job completed was half an hour. absolute mega service with personified professionalism.

We had an issue with our front door that would not open. they came within 30 minutes and were able to tell us what the problem was. after ordering a few parts they returned a few days later and fixed it for us. it was actually an issue with the installation of the door so they even wrote us a report so we could claim the money back with the door fitters. the team was very friendly and i would highly recommend them. i would definitely use them again in an emergency.

My mum had a vintage front door key that needed duplicating. due to the age of the key it needed to be done by hand. joe then went to the house to ensure that the key fit and worked well which it did. all done and fitted within a couple of hours! a brilliant service. in addition he took the time to go back to mum’s house later to fit new grub screws as he had noticed the old ones were worn. this was so kind and thoughtful. i can recommend using fortress 110%. they are friendly, professional, knowledgable and efficient and will go that extra mile to help their customers. thank you. 😊
