Visited dreams looking for a new mattress, was greeted by Solly who gave my wife and I a drinking chocolate each a very nice man. He asked what type of mattress we had. He introduced us to a mattress machine which asks for your needs if you have neck or back problems etc this is input on the screen. The bed is split in the middle so you lye on the side you would normally. The bed then manipulates your body and let's you know the correct mattress for you, it gave us 10 options we tried them all and decided on the therapur 2600. We paid for the mattress which was delivered a week later, your given a 2hr time slot and kept informed throughout by phone and email they removed the old mattress. 5*

I am a returning customer to dreams and have always received excellent customer service. The service we experienced with Suleman has always been fantastic as he is extremely knowledgable and helpful, without being over pushy. He gave us the time we needed to make our decision and each visit has gone above and beyond to support us. As someone who knew very little about mattresses this was very much appreciated!

Large store with lots of products to test and see in person. Staff have always been very helpful, polite and informative. Reasonable price for the quality of bed and would recommended the protection cover !

Great experience from start to finish. Welcomed by Dec in store who offered a coffee. He used the mattress assessment device but unfortunately the bed was not working. However, he used the details to find a great new mattress for me. Can’t wait to try it next week. Great service. Thanks Dec 👍🏻
