Prestige Beds (Blackburn)

We bought an electric recliner bed for my father in law. The process from start to finish was superb. No pressure sales, very knowledgeable and when we needed to rearrange the delivery last minute Prestige helped without any fuss. Delivery was prompt and the guys were polite and friendly. Went to prestige beds to buy a mattress for dad, who is quite hard work. Lisa was fantastic she was so helpful and professional and went above n beyond to make the whole process fun n exciting for my dad. We left with a new mattress which arrived the next day. My dad is so happy n said he had the best night sleep in a long time.

Had a really great experience with Prestige Beds last Friday and Saturday. Needed a bed at short notice for a sick relative , and spoke with Gary Friday lunchtime. Explained what I needed, and Gary said he would check stock in all the stores, and call me straight back. Called back within 5 minutes, with the exact bed I needed, in stock. Paid for it, and he agreed to deliver the following day. My sister took delivery, and said how lovely and helpful the delivery lads were, taking out the old bed, waiting patiently for my brother, and they put the new bed together. Both my brother and sister said how great the delivery team were. My brother said the bed is amazing, and that it’s like sleeping on a cloud. Cannot thank Prestige Beds enough, or rate them highly enough. Thank you, Prestige Beds, and in particular Gary. You brought some much needed comfort, and really went out of your way on this one. All my family know how good you are, and will be recommending you.
