Firstly, the initial phone call was brilliant. Gavin has to be one of the nicest people I’ve ever spoken to on the phone! He was so polite and funny, immediately removed any stress from what we all know is a stressful situation (mortgages and moving house!) Then I spoke to Claire. What a wonderful human being she is too! So knowledgable but so down to earth, nothing was too much trouble. I inundated her with questions and she put my mind to ease countless times.
