As a first-time customer, I was hesitant about attending a new place, but as soon as I walked in, I was at ease. There was no awkward conversation, I was offered a hot drink, it was clean and very fresh looking. I had a facial and was left to have 10 minutes of peace. I had to fight to stay awake. I was that relaxed. I went on to have my eyebrow waxed and tinted and acrylic nails. I'm very happy with everything and will happily highly recommend and return again.

Thank you so much to Nat and the girls at Serenity for making me feel so calm and relaxed! I had my feet and nails done and honestly they were the best quality and looking I have ever had them in 20 Years of having them done! They lasted SO long! I also had threads, filler and Botox from Nat and WOW! I felt so safe and relaxed and couldn’t even feel the needles going in….and I looked and felt the best I have ever done! I was very nervous about having Sunekos eyes and lip fillers. Natalie was very professional and reassuring. I was very wriggly during the process but she stayed patient and calm with me. I got great after care advice and even a little ice pack to take home with me. I'm very happy with the outcome.
