I accompanied my 94yo father on visit to the audiologist a few days ago, and have nothing but praise for the fantastic audiologist who helped my dad. she was patient, kind, understanding, competent, thorough and improved dad's hearing aid settings no end. the previous audiologist he'd been to (operating in a major chain store) had failed to set his hearing aid properly over the last three years, and was well on the way to convincing dad to part with £3k for a 'better' hearing aid. less than impressed with this, he decided to try specsavers for an alternative opinion. in less than half an hour, the audiologist had taken his nhs hearing aid and improved his standard settings, improved the fit, and added in settings to allow him to use the hearing aid in a noisy environment - and made no effort to try to sell an expensive hearing aid. dad is a different person now - he doesn't struggle to hear, and doesn't shout when he's talking because he's aware of how loud he's speaking. he's able to engage in conversations at normal levels, and is finding everyday interactions far easier. thank you so much - you have literally changed my dad's life.

For the past year+ myself and family's experience at specsavers the blackburn mall has been wonderful, they are still some rude staff that wants to treats you like just a number but i've often had to pleasure of meeting staff kesley, she's always so warm, kind, pleasant and helpful. i feel satisfied and valued as a customer when my appointments are over. please let kesley know she's doing a wonderful job and i'm very grateful for for services
Fantastic experience this time round. the optometrist suggested going for round reading lens insert rather than straight edge. this blends in the lens and protect it from chipping. very happy. thank you everyone.
I was having problems with my new glasses so went back to the blackburn where i had bought them. was seen by a lovely lady called jane who immediately helped me and understood my problem. she booked me an apple to come back. on arriving for my appointment she even remembered i had got married which was lovely. what an asset she is to the store. lovely lady, but also very efficient.
