I was astounded at the service I received from Roman's today when sending a parcel for DHL. The team members, Adam & Denise at the Blackburn store were incredible. They went way, way beyond all expectations to help me. If this is the general standard of customer care at this well known brand, I am immensely impressed at the standard of training.
