The process from survey through ordering to installation was thorough, professional and delivered at pace. We needed a quick installation for insurance purposes and from order confirmation to completion of the system fit and commissioning took 3 working days. We are delighted with the alarm system and with the capability Blackburn Alarms demonstrated in meeting our needs.

Brilliant company to deal with. We switched from our old provider who's customer service was massively lacking. Just wish we had switched sooner. The engineers visited to see exactly what our requirements were and provided us with our different options. The work was carried out in a very timely and professional manner and at a reasonable price. It was also a nice touch that the engineers fully cleaned up after themselves once they had completed the work. As I said, a great company to deal with and I would highly recommend!

Following a break in (hard lesson to learn on not having adequate home security) I realised I needed to have my house alarm serviced (as I had never used it) I wanted to use a local firm and the reviews looked great. David took my call and arranged for Danny to attend really quickly - my alarm was old and no app to support but he serviced it and got it working for me. I did ask for a quote for an upgraded alarm that works via app as well as the control panel. I liked that with the app you get notifications of when it is set etc or if the alarm goes off and you can set the alarm via the phone if you have left the house and forgotten to set. Really pleased that they installed the alarm system the next day for me. Arrived on time, worked all day to get the work done. Even hoovered up afterwards. Danny and Aaron did a great job, friendly, professional and took the time to help the family get on the app and walk us through the procedures. Would definitely recommend this business.

They made a visit and checked the current alarm system as it was faulty, followed by a walk round and a chat about what i wanted. I then received an invoice for an upgrade, with breakdown of cost. Great service from start to finish.
