Received a memorable experience visiting the Blackburn store today. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and served us with a smile :) Having visited a few shops today the staff in schuh (Blackburn) stood out from the rest. Great experience received overall from brilliant staff who showed great communication skills and excellent rapport building skills. It was evident it was no trouble to go above and beyond to ensure customers left with smiles.
