Staff ate all friendly and helpful. Treatments were just what i needed. Facilities are nice. Swimming pool jacuzzi, steam and sauna. Gym is a decent size and got essentials. I Will return and I will definitely recommend. Shout out to Geeta and Caitlin very polite and knowledgable. To be fair everyone is nice in reception too.

Nice spa, very friendly staff, good break to unwind. You can choose from all day spa day or 3 hours spa with treatment. You have access to the swimming pool and all saunas. Only down point I'd they haven't had any food to purchase on site, if you haven't book a package with food option we weren't able to purchase separately.

Booked a spa experience with 2 treatments at this place for a friend and myself. It was incredible. We started the day off with Afternoon tea, there was no sense of rushing, the staff were very accommodating and friendly, and didn't constantly bombard you with "is everything alright?" Like some places ask every 2.5 minutes. After that, we were given gowns and towels, told to get changed and shown where the spa is. After a 5 minute wait, we were led into separate treatment rooms. The staff were very friendly, polite, they explained everything and gave so many options. Shelby stands out as she was quite talkative, but the funny stories and antics helped me relax a lot more and made it more enjoyable. After 45 minutes, the treatments were over and a world of Stress had left me completely. After that, we had use of the pool and facilities. The pool itself was a little chilly, but not overly, the jacuzzi area was built into the pool and not separate as I thought it might be. The saunas, Steam Rooms and Hot Showers were amazing too. Even though I gave 5 stars, there were 2 things. 1) I was unaware flip-flops weren't provided (unlike most days I've been on) and 2) the gowns weren't suited for the bigger guys (yes, I know, I'm fat and working on it...) But it was an amazing day and certainly value for money.
