Appalling trying g to get through on the phone then half the time you get the call centre not the surgery. great price wise but despite having other animals registered here when i rang to register my kitten they wouldn't let me unless i signed up to the health plan at £14.95 a month, which i don't want so i have now moved to another vets

I've spent an absolute fortune here. if i went anywhere else, i'd be mortgaging a house right now. that's mainly because my dogs are accident prone af. great place good service. good vets

Fantastic vets who i have been with for many years. my poor cat (who has been seen on numerous occasions over the last few months) is dealt with compassionately and professionally. all the staff are brilliant, kind, patient and caring. i would not hesitate to recommend the animal trust at blackburn. thank you.

We brought our dog in for an emergency appointment on the 19th of june and saw daniel who straight away ran tests. he was honest and informative throughout. we unfortunately had to put our dog to sleep and all at animal trust blackburn treated our family with so much care and compassion. we were given as much time as we needed to say goodbye and was talked through what to expect. i can’t thank daniel and the rest of the team enough for all you did for isabelle over the years. would fully recommend animal trust blackburn.
