Vets4Pets - Blackburn

Great vets, complete faith in their treatment of my pet.

Rang to try and get an appointment, but were fully booked. Receptionist asked what the issue was and when I told her see went to talk to the Vets. She said I could bring Lexi down and wait to be seen in-between the booked in appointments, and that we would definitely be seen before the store closed. So that's what we did and Lexi was seen by the vet and had antibiotic and steroid injections. Grateful that we were able to go down. Lexi is healthy and happy again now 😊

Lovely staff, able to register and fit us in very quickly. Vet had great knowledge and handled our grumpy cat very easily meaning a plesent trip for all involved. Didn't give us anything extra to try charge us more, just solid advice and further steps on what to do next. Also handy its inside a pet shop!

Can't fault this vets , so lovely all the staff and the vet is amazing I used to be at another vets but when I went for second opinion I felt he had my baby's best interest at heart rather than cash . Also the app is great and also they inform you when you baby is due work and flea etc .
