Tessa Clemson Yoga

Really love the studio at tessa clemson yoga! a very warm and welcoming space. i had the best time on maternity leave attending the pregnancy yoga, baby massage and baby yoga classes and have met some friends for life!

I had acupuncture and therapeutic massage with shine at tessa clemsons yoga studio. feel absolutely amazing, pain free for the first time in years. highly recommend , very professional, friendly and a superb environment for healing.

Shine is really amazing 🤩 i attend sunrise yoga every friday morning with shine and i absolutely love it 🥰 i also have had a full ayurveda consultation with him. he is so knowledgable. i became clear to me why i been out of balance. i have made some changes slowly and look forward to incorporating shines ideas 💡 to my routine ❤️ thank you 😊 beautiful studio 💕 and tessa the owner is really lovely 😊 i have attended her yoga 🧘‍♀️ classes too. it’s a beautiful community she has created there ⭐️✨💕

Tessa’s studio is a fantastic space and all her yoga teachers are brilliant. you’re always welcomed and made to feel you can go at your own pace, whilst also challenging yourself and always learning more about yoga! tessa is friendly, caring and an absolute credit to the local community. we are lucky to have her in east lancashire! i recently had a 1 hour massage by shine, at the studio, and it was amazing. he really helped with all my knots and knew exactly where i needed work. i couldn’t fault it at all! would highly recommend. thank you shine!!

Tessa’s new studio is absolutely s t u n n i n g! it is something that you would expect to find in a city centre, but we are blessed to have it in great harwood. i stumbled across tessa via word of mouth at the beginning of my own healing journey, earlier this year, and i have never looked back. i feel part of a likeminded community and i have made some lovely friends a long the way. tessa and the team are all so welcoming with so many excellent yoga teachers and classes to choose from and either in person or online! hiding in the snug, you will find the fabulous lou slater who offers some of the best and most relaxing massages! pure bliss. thank you! xxxxx
