Laura is an amazing yoga teacher and i love her sessions. she is one of the very few teachers that i can connect to when i'm on my mat. for me this is important as it allows me to let go of everything and be calm, relaxed and present. lauras passion for what she does shines through; she's extremely knowledgeable and explains what we are doing, why we are doing it and the benefits. she coaches rather than instructs and that is invaluable. i definitely recommend bry to any level of yogi 🧘‍♀️💛

I absolutely adore my yoga sessions with laura. i cannot sing her praises highly enough. i attend her monday sessions & the odd hot yoga on a sunday and both are just amazing! i have also attended one of laura's uk retreats and it was just heaven, such an amazing weekend. i have booked to go to bali & india with laura and i cannot wait. laura is so friendly, warm, kind, my monday yoga class is my fave hour of my week.

Laura is the epitome of a yoga teacher!! her practice is perfect for beginners and advanced yogis… she brings a sense of calm and magic to everyone…. just awesome!!..

Laura teaches the most wonderful yoga! always encouraging an awareness of self and to allow ourselves to be and accept what comes up for us during our practice, whether that be physically or emotionally. i always feel welcomed and supported and encouraged to keep growing with my own practice 🙏🏻
