Quilligan's Café Bar

I've been to Quilligan's a few times over the years, and the story is usually the same each time I dine there. Today, I ordered the jumbo breakfast and a bacon and mushroom omelette. The breakfast came out fine; everything on that was as asked for. However, my dining partner received a bacon and cheese omelette instead of the meal she had asked for. Nobody came to check on us, and when she eventually flagged it with the waiting staff, he just shrugged it off. No replacement was offered. At the till, the omelette was discounted - but the person operating the till thought it was amusing that the mistake had been made. Overall, a poor service with serviceable food. The price, I think, is accurate for the quality of the food.

We ordered a kid's burger and s Make your own breakfast. The chips from the kids menu were as great as they look! My breakfast was lovely and the coffee was also great. Everyone is very nice, polite and helpful. The food in the other tables looked very nice also.

The largest menu in Blackpool 😃 so many items. I had lasagna with garlic bread and thick cut chips with a Stilton sauce. When the lasagna was served I found the bottom was burnt (hence the 4 stars). I informed the server and it was immediately replaced and I found it delicious. The thick cut chips are huge and crispy and we couldn't finish a portion between us. Prices are very good and offer good value. Would I go back? Maybe.
