Blackpool Hypnotherapy

I've been listening to the Relaxation Audio every night for over 2 months and the results have been wonderful. I have a stressful job and a busy family life and often found it hard to switch off at night. When I did eventually get to sleep I would often wake after a few hours and then my mind would race - thinking of all the things I had to do the next day or replaying that days events over and over. Exhausting ! Since working with Sarah and listening to the audio at bedtime my sleep has definately improved. Now I am always asleep before the audio ends and I rarely wake up from sleep through the night. As a result I have increased energy levels through the day and feel that I'm coping better with just about everything ! Highly recommended X X
