Great guy personable , genuine and trustworthy i was in a bad place mentally and with Russels help although I am not yet out of the woods I have the confidence and tools to approach any further situations with more resilience. Although I hope I never have to see Russell again Iwould not hesitate to contact him should the need ever arise again

I honestly can't put into words how transformative I have found my sessions with Russell. Russell was incredibly helpful and added massive value to me by equipping me with so many important life tools and materials that I can take forward in the future. It didn't take him long to channel my thinking so I can move forward with a clear plan of action. This is not airy fairy in the slightest and I would recommend him to anyone. Very grateful.

We asked Russell to help us with a problem my wife is having with walking following various health issues. We found him to be very straight forward in his approach, very caring and extremely thorough in his investigation into the problem. Russell did not find some miraculous cure but what he did do, was help us to understand what was happening, why it was happening, and enabled us to handle what was happening. We are very glad we contacted him. He has made a big difference to the rest of our lives.

I was in a really scary place and suffering from constant anxiety attacks, when I first met Russell. From our first consultation, he immediately set to work on my panic attacks, and taught me how to control them, during our session and afterwards. He gave me an understanding of how and why I was suffering such extreme attacks, and with that knowledge I was able to move forward, resolving my underlying issues. I had been having treatment from a councillor without any respite or real help and felt like I was going to spend the rest of my life not being able to function normally. I had a few sessions with Russell and following his guide lines and "homework" as he puts it, finally got the piece of mind and soul that I desperately needed. Plus so much more, I haven't suffered a panic attack for more than 10 months and have really put my life back right where it needed to be. Even after I no longer needed his sessions, Just knowing that I can contact him at any point in the future if needed is a great comfort knowing that you are not just a client, but your wellbeing and health are important to him also. I will be forever grateful for his help with getting me back on track. I would strongly recommend Russell to anyone who is seeking his help, in my opinion he is brilliant at what he does.
