Chutney Blue Indian Takeaway

It was some years since I last ordered from here. Now under new ownership, thingd have greatly improved. I cannot comment on delivery as I picked up but the meal was available spot on time and was delicious. Chicken Samber, with lovely tender quality chicken and a sauce rich with lentils with a spicy kick. Just as it should be. The Keema rice was fresh and non-greasy and very tasty. Service was friendly - even received my first Christmas card. Overall, very enjoyable and I will return.

Food always brilliant from here. So tastey every time. Stars reflect food. However, reason for review is for feedback for the company. We had a lovely young girl deliver the food tonight but we had put a note on just eat explaining we were self-isolating as both me and my partner have been tested for covid-19. I requested the door bell be rang and the food left on the doorstep so we didn't come into contact with anyone for their own well well being. I don't think the girl was told this as she rang the bell and waited for the door to be answered. She was very pleasant but PLEASE read the notes customers put on their orders and tell your driver's. She wasn't wearing PPE either which puts her potentially at further risk. I had to answer the door at distance and tell her we were self-isolating. She was a lovely girl and apologies to her for that but she should have been forewarned what the note said. Foods great. Will come again 100% but I thought was important to feedback to the business.

The flavours are just incredible. You can tell its cooked fresh. My go to is the chicken madras and green chilli rice and just wow, the garlic, corriander, tomatoes; its all in there with the chicken. Its as close to real, authentic, fresh Indian food for a takeaway.

Last minute order before the resturant closes but I must say that I am very happy with my order. 1.Food 5/5 the best biryani I have ever tasted plus free pepsi! 2. Order time 35 minutes earlier than expected 5/5 3. Delivert driver, the nicest of the delivery drivers I have ever met. Kudos to you, Sir!!! 10/10 Overall, the best experience with food delivery.
