After searching for local physiotherapist places I was delighted to find this place. It is a little hidden away off the main road, so be sure to look out for the signs just outside the carpark. I booked an appointment here after suffering with serious pain and clicking in my right hip after a fall off a horse over 6 months ago. I had originally had it x-rayed at hospital to check my bones, which were fine, but I was offered no help for the pain that steady got worse over the coming months. I explained everything that had happened, where the pain was and had it investigated by a physiotherapist who was very thorough. After the first session I was provided with lots of information and exercises to help with the muscles in my hip, which was the cause of the pain. A few weeks later I came in for a check up on progress, which I was happy with as there was a noticeable reduction in pain after a days' workband riding. I was given more exercises and a massage which has helped greatly. I cannot wait for more sessions and I would highly recommend this physiotherapist for anyone with nagging pain that isn't helped by doctors It isn't cheap and you have to put the time and effort in with exercises but the outcome is worth it.

I saw Rick for a back problem after an accident at work. He gave me great exercises for core strength and pain relief. Rick also provides 'mind over matter' therapy that was greatly received. I highly recommend this physio therapy practice.

Mark is wonderful.. knows his stuff. Rates are fair. Highly recommend.

Mark has been absolutely brilliant in helping me regain movement in seized muscles and joints. Patiently explains reasons for and demonstrates all exercises and even put reminder videos on my phone. Can't thank him enough.
