hi Neil thank you for teaching me how to send an email no matter how I tried to absorb what the computer experts showed I just could'nt pick it up but with your patience you taught me how. I'm glad I saw your ad in the local list magazine to say you taught I T from basic I am an eighty one year old pensioner and I just could not take in what the experts were telling me it was beyond my understanding and I was scared to go for lessons I can honestly say you did'nt make me feel inferior and I'm looking forward to learning how to do other things on my computer many thanks Neil

Neil is a first class computer tutor his many years experience shows as he explains all with ease, never worrying if you cannot grasp how to work with a programme he will continue gently until you do understand. Neil does not use technical jargon that leaves you confused he uses straight forward explanations showing you how to use windows 10 and how to set up windows 10. His knowledge is first class and I thoroughly recommend him for any age group but especially the older person as his approach is one that my age group, the over 65s would benefit from enormously as he has the patience and understanding you need. The cost is very reasonable and I would not hesitate to contact Neil for any problems I may have in the future knowing that they will be dealt easily by him. If you are an older person trying to make sense of computers you may have a certain amount of knowledge to be able to basically use one but Neil can bring so much more as he will show and explain what is possible.
