The staff at horizon are extremely easy to talk to & very down to earth, making the client more at ease. great service, i'd be lost without the help of the people at horizon when i first moved here in the start of november. great work guys, well done ☃🎁🎄

I volunteer for horizon and i'm impressed with the services provided. dedicated, hard working professionals who really care are available to help. the new site in winstone house is much more human and welcoming, and talking to people coming through the door, the services seem to really work. if you need help with addiction, it's here.

After a recent visit here i have to wonder why a worker called emma is even employed here when she clearly has no time to bother seeing people. the lady on reception who booked us in was lovely & clear to see she was getting frustrated at this emma's lack of coming down from upstairs to see to clients. we were in & out in around an hour by which point there were other clients waiting for this incompetent key worker who still hadn't bothered to come downstairs. it's hard enough for an addict to seek help as it is made even worse when those who are meant to be there to help aren't interested in helping. if you are given emma as a key worker i'd suggest you ask for someone else as no help will you receive from her, she really isn't interested in people or helping or even doing any work with any addicts at all.
