Ryan has been brilliant for my project. i needed technical drawings for a planning application to get solar panels on my roof. i suspect this is ridiculously easy for him but i still appreciate that he completed this job with utmost efficiency. this included submitting the planning application. he responded to all communication promptly and was professional and courteous when he came round. i am hoping to get the solar panels up this week so many thanks ryan.

I chose rpc architectural designs for a change of use planning application. i met ryan at my unit, it was clear from the outset he had a wealth of knowledge and offered some great ideas. ryan was quick to email me architectural drawings to consider. he was open to amending the drawings as i requested. ryan managed the entire planning and building regulations application and was in regular contact with the planning officer. unfortunately, in my case the planning officer was extremely difficult, objecting to certain changes. however, this did not phase ryan who promptly responded and overcome any objections raised. i was particularly impressed with ryan giving me regular updates which included weekends and evenings. ryan’s persistence paid off resulting in my planning application being granted. i am grateful to ryan for his efforts and recommend him to anyone wanting a professional architect who offers a unique personal service. i will certainly be using him for future projects.
