Scott has been an Amazing architect and designed our home and communicated our points with the planning office very well. He is reliable, honest, fairly priced, great with communication and responding to questions even when the planning office were slow to respond. He was proactive and informative throughout the process. This time last year I was in the same position as many of you reading and I was researching architects to design my home. I had researched all of these online reviews, rating sites and friends and family recommendations. I had also met most of them! I made the decision to go ahead with Scott. He did not disappoint! Brilliant at what he does and would have no hesitation in recommending him. ( Also it is important to bear in mind when you are comparing and choosing a person to build your home/ extension- Is the person an actual chartered Architect or technician? If it’s a large firm- is the actual lead architect going to be doing the drawings?!)

We needed someone to come and help us reconfigure our home and then support us through the process- Scott has helped us at every stage. Having never undertaken work like this before, we wanted some help but were nervous about the process and even if the job was big enough to warrant an architect however having Scott to produce drawings, ideas and to discuss the process has been very helpful. Professional, courteous and responsive, we would recommend Scott.

Scott recently produced excellent plans for our bungalow extension. He came up with some great ideas in order to provide us with the best use of both the existing space and the additional space to be created. Scott also liaised with the local Planning Department and worked with them to produce an amended design. It was definitely not an easy road to achieve planning approval (for a number of reasons beyond Scott's control) but without him we are sure we would not have reached that point. Scott remained thorough and professional at all times and we would not hesitate to recommend him or to use him again in the future.

We decided to meet with Scott after seeing his reviews and we certainly werent disappointed. We booked Scott immediately after our first meeting and he has been brilliant from start to finish. Very professional, friendly, knowledgable and fantastic value for money. Scott was always available to answer questions, even ones we had probably asked several times. We have just received planning permission and have passed our very thorough and detailed drawings to our builders. I have also recommend Scott to a family member who has also recently received planning permission on their drawings too. Would highly recommend

Scott Wilkinson was fantastic when it came to planning our reconfiguration. We had a chance to consider several designs and there was very clear guidance on building regs&planning permission. There was great administrative communication from Katharine and when a small issue popped up before the project started, Scott was on hand to reassure us! We are very pleased with the end result - there are definitely aspects that we had not considered initially but with Scott's expert advice, we were able to make the most of the existing features and stay within budget!
