Just had a lovely facial with Angela. So good to be able to visit Beauty Lounge again. So professional and friendly, always a really relaxing experience. P.S. 2 hours free parking on St Georges Road was an added bonus!! Julie xx

I had a Guinot facial with Katie today and it was a lovely experience. The clinic is lovely and clean and Katie made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. She advised me on the best facial for my skin and I am really happy with the results, my skin feels amazing! She was very knowledgable and clearly a skilled beautician. I will definitely return. I don’t often review but my treatment was amazing. I am genuinely a fussy person unfortunately and it ticked ever box for me, staff was great treatment was amazing, clean, professional. She was a lovely girl chatty but as soon as treatment started she was quiet which is a huge issue in the beauty industry of knowing when to speak and when to be quiet to give a comfortable and great treatment not in a rude way. I came here years ago and I’m happy to say it’s still just as great 😊
