Took my BMW in for a GEARBOX leak, it was FIXED the next day, GREAT SERVICE, REASONABLE PRICES, i was IMPRESSED. i will be using them again.

Mechanics know what they’re doing but customer service side of things is disappointing. Very small reception area. Usually have to wait a long time for reception to respond. Usually have to phone more than a few times to get through. Prices generally ok. Difficult narrow side road to navigate with too many vehicles parked on pavement makes it awkward to drop off my car. It’s a good garage but let down by long wait and not very professional customer service manner.

Very impressed with this garage. They were very professional, friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. Reasonable prices too. I will use them again in the future. Well done guys!

I will like to thank, the team at Brownlow Way garage for not just repairs but specifically for the humanely attitude and humble customer services. They went above and beyound my expectations and was presented with breakdown of all work that was undertaken. Will be posting on trust pilot 5 star 🌟 too. Thank you once again it's one places I have discovered and i have to say, this gsrsge still has compassion for people first ❤️ and money after approach.
