Console Wizard

After searching for someone to repair my ps vita nearer home. i was disapointed as they only repaired the larger consoles. I found the console wizard. The staff here were so accommodating. I wanted to bring it over and wait for the repair and could only do Tuesdays. It was no problem . Within a couple of hours my console was fixed. The team especially the owner was super friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. My go to place for my tech repairs from now on . I travelled an hour or so but it was definitely worth it . I walked into the shop and was nicely greeted by a politely spoken tall man called mark. I had rang in advance and traveled from my Home of Blackburn (45-60 minutes) because of the reviews. Marks colleague already knew about the console and he explained what I had told him over the phone. Mark and his colleague (I think Martin) went above and beyond for my repair originally informing me I'd have to leave the Ps5 with them but while I was talking to mark and martin about the fault and the situation regarding it. Mark had opened and started fault finding and fixing the fault while I was there and got a beep which it wasn't doing befpre and said if I'd like I can wait. While I was waiting we had a conversion and chat about general things including old consoles the friendly atmosphere made me feel like I was apart of the team even though it sounds funny. If the knowledge is not know by these gentleman it's not worth knowing. While waiting mark got it from no power to a power and start and showing up and fully working on the test set up. I thought amazing how they have so great of knowledge and experience to diagnose a issue most shops said they would need a 7-14days to diagnose never mind repair. And all that within 1-3 hours. But another fault occurred with the disk drive not taking in a game. Overall mark repaired the device the same day and I was able to collect the next day. I highly recommended the console Wizard team. Left me feeling like I happy and warmth with the service I had received. (compared to other shops iv been to for repairs). Any more electronic device repairs I will be going to the amazing console wizards of Bolton it's worth the travel.

Took in my PS4 pro that I had ripped off the power supply connector. I took it in the morning and it was done the same afternoon. Absolutely fantastic, friendly and professional service. Highly recommend. You absolutely get what you pay for! Thank you 👍

These guys are so nice, amazing and honest i took two PS5 pads in to be fixed for my son. In witch they fixed for him. I definitely recommend 100% Thanks so much ☺️

Wonderful and trustworthy service! I wanted to repair my partners PS5 as a birthday present for him in secret and I called them up and they were very helpful and reassuring me when it was fixed. I asked them to delay the delivery back to me so my partner didn't see it and they were very happy to assist me in doing so. They contacted me when it was fixed and told me they tested it all before they sent it back to me and the staff were very friendly on the phone. I was skeptical at first because I thought I would have to go through Sony to get it officially repaired but found Console Wizard to be much cheaper and after reading all of the reviews prior to placing my order, I felt very confident in trusting this company. Sending expensive consoles through the post to companies is naturally very nerve wrecking as anything could happen. But It all went smoothly and I will confidently use this service again should any of my console become damaged in future. I paid extra for Parcel Force to come to my house the next day after placing my order to securely pick up my console and deliver it back to me within 5 working days, only issue I had was with the delivery company who delivered the console to the wrong house! Thankfully I found it and managed to get it back safe and sound.
