Went through all the requirements smoothly. The only criticism was that the pick up time wasn't narrowed down to maybe am or pm. Fortunately for me my parcel was picked up at 10.15 so wasn't waiting around to long.

Brilliant and very fast service. 20kg parcel picked up from the coast in East Sussex Tuesday morning and was delivered in North Denmark Friday early afternoon. It takes longer for a normal letter to be sent. Will definitely use again.

very easy to book a delivery on line but sadly there is no phone number or any body to talk to when things go wrong. delivery is also good but I wish they would check if they are delivering to the correct person not just leaving it any where or giving it to any body but as a whole they are very good.

It was my first time using Parcel2Go's services to send a parcel to India. It displayed a list of all the service providers available for shipping to India, along with their prices. I chose DPD as it was well-suited to my needs. The booking process was straightforward, and I received regular updates about the status of my parcel. I will definitely use their services again.
