Afg law come highly recommended. the operation throughout the various legal divisions that i have needed have all been polite , friendly and professional. the recent work i have just had carried out, importantly for me, i was always kept up to date through to completion, in a timely manner.

I was recommended afg law via an acquaintance after very negative previous experiences with solicitors local to me. i was prepared to travel to the next town on being told about how they had been great with the family of the acquaintance who had dealt with them for many years. after first contact was made via their website, i received a phone call very promptly. appointments were arranged within the timescale i had and on meeting both katrina and hamza, i found them to be very professional as well as friendly. everything was explained clearly and the different scenarios given around my circumstances and what was needed to be stated in my will. even though the total charge was higher than the initial quote, they made certain to advise what the final cost would be and it was outlined what this covered. i'd be very happy to consider using afg law again for any legal matters that may arise in future.

I had elizabeth dealing with selling my house! she was brilliant absolutely brilliant until right at the end when the firm let me down and made serious delays which cost me money, time, inconvenience and so much more! all because the accounts team delayed in sending a very important paper work which delayed the whole move! i knew to make the payment myself but trusted elizabeth would be on top of it but no, the minute you really need them to step up they fail and that’s what happened with me here! i was hugely disappointed with elizabeth and the lack of responsibility they took for not ensuring the payments were chased up with the accounts team! top tip - if you do instruct them then stay on top of them! don’t rely on them to do the work as you need to chase every single but especially if you are paying for important documents to be chased etc!
