I’ve just received first class treatment from my dentist, after a weekend of toothache i made a call at 9am to ask for an emergency appointment unfortunately they had all gone however they managed to squeeze me in at 11.50am same day. i was seen by nailah and the dental nurse on duty sorry your name escapes me. they are both great, smiley, friendly but at the same time very professional. i was treated with care and compassion by both of them. after a few questions, an extensive examination, x rays were taken, options were discussed, upper back tooth was extracted. great customer service as always many thanks to you all

It is excellent, helpful staff, dentists, receptionists. they always will try and sort you out if you are a current patient in an emergency or if you have an important problem. i have been going there since norman brindle, then mark wall work and marc schupak bought it out and then the my dentist group. i have been going there about 42 years + and i always feel happy. the wonderful caring loving special dentist i see is zainab ali. i had to have an extraction a bit ago, it was a wisdom tooth that needed going . i have gum problems because of my prescription medication for epilepsy, that tooth made my breath smell more intensely worse, the only person i felt safe with to extract this was the superb. zainab ali who always seems togo beyond the call of duty and will always help you. due to the high impact of appointments and sometimes the lack of nhs dentists. it is advisable that you treat the reception team with respect and all of their colleagues, the way i always see it , is that you treat then as like you want to be treated yourself

Having been petrified of dentists for years and having received bad treatment elsewhere i went along today for my 1st appointment. they really put me at ease and listened to my story with empathy and compassion my dentist has come up with a treatment plan i am happy with and even though it's going to be a long process i'm happy i'm starting my journey with my dentist. thankyou for being awesome today ladies
