For some unknown reason Cardwells Estate Agents Bolton came up on Google link, not the Cardwells at Bury, which this is for, so here is our review for the Bury Branch with apologies to Bolton. After a terrible three years with our old agents, we researched other agents, their reviews directly and indirectly, charges, services provided, and all other areas possible for Landlords. When a few were narrowed down, we asked direct questions, Cardwells - Bury, came out on top - without a doubt! Now we are in post handover, to-date Cardwells have proved diligent, friendly and so professional in all matters, a refreshing and reassuring delight to know, our tenants, and us as landlords are best served. Cardwells were brilliant. Send an email and response comes back within 10minutes. Always answer the phone. Constantly keeping us up to date with everything. I’ve no plans on moving again anytime soon but if I did it would be with Cardwells.

Cardwells were absolutely superb. A short notice appointment to suit my schedule, a positive yet realistic appraisal of the property, which though not a wreck, required substantial modernisation. Excellent communication, advice and service throughout. Cardwells acted jointly with Pugh's Auctioneers and conducted a large number of viewings. As a result of this, at auction the property achieved achieved well over the (already decent) valuation, and substantially more than the first agent to see it proposed.
