Our whole experience with Dawn and the team at Harrisons was fantastic. Dawn made us feel completely comfortable the whole way through the renting process, answering all of our questions in detail - nothing was ever too much! Used Harrisons for the sale of mums property after she went into a Care home. They are a fantastic estate agents and made me feel very much at ease from the start of the process. Claire who came to value the property was lovely and friendly and explained everything in layman's terms ! Dawn who came to oversee the video and taking the photos and then carried out all the viewings was brilliant. She kept me well informed of the progress and gave me really sound advice. I would definitely use Harrisons again if I was ever selling a property in the future.

We had an extremely challenging experience selling our home of 17 years and buying our amazing new home through Harrisons. Fortunatly Derek provided a great deal of support through the whole process where we had many, endless unexpected issues arise including selling our home twice, second time successfully with Harrisons. Derek and Matthew were continually at the end of the phone giving reassurance when it was most needed and updating us by email at every step. Derek went above and beyond expectations and made what felt completly impossible at the time, very possible infact. I can't stress enough how extremely happy, grateful and impressed we are by the service consistently provided over a 12 month period by Harrisons, especially in such challenging circumstances that we experienced.

Overall a positive experience. Moving houses is ALWAYS stressful, there's no doubt about it. Harrisons estate agents were there for me every step of the way in a particularly challenging transition in buying my house, which eventually was successful. As they represented the vendor they of course had to respond to the demands of the vendor more than mine as the purchaser , which I appreciate. The level of communication and speed was good, accuracy in details of the purchase price of the house listed suffered in my opinion as it was listed as guide price rather than offers in excess of, which resulted in a higher price demand from the vendor that I wasn't aware of. Every house purchase comes across issues and they handled them to the best of their abilities, I'm in my dream house now and for that I am truly grateful.
