The Birtwhistle funeral team were professional and polite and and helped tremendously at a really hard time I live in Bolton and Jane was outstanding she was supportive and helpful I missed placed my mum's policy and the team on halliwell road did an amazing job of being able to find the paper work in minutes at a time when I was in shock the team at Bolton were professional polite and I could not have wished for a better experience at a bad time so if your looking for a professional polite and top quality service then myself and my siblings would like to say thankyou to Jane and the team at Birtwhistle
