Well I don't say a lot but this place needs to listen to what people say got mum's middle name on the coffin that we said we did not want that we found that the wicker coffin Mum was lay in was Lined with thin cardboard and a thin sheet and no padding in, we asked on the Day before the funeral why the coffin was not padded! the reply was (it is padded)so it was checked and was very shocked to see no padded, which should have been checked when our loved one arrived at Fred Hamers in our opinion that's there job to make theses things are done.
