Had an appointment with them a year or so ago and to this day I'm still dealing with the effects of their mistakes. They overcharged me £150 for a full balagaye which was nothing but a little amount of highlights and the colour deposite was horrific and after 6 hours I walked out of the salon with blonde bits in my hair. I wanted purple and it came out blue! They brought me back in, another 6 hours and bleached more of my hair and re did the colour. I don't know how they did it but my hair has been patchy ever since. I had virgin hair yet my hair when bleached had different levels and the first colour left a patchy base and every time I redye it still comes out patchy and I can't do anything but rebleach but my hair is too damaged to do that. If you want something unique I highly reccomend a different salon, they're too inexperienced.

Had my hair done here for the first time I had virgin hair and my hair still feels in perfect condition! Salon is absolutely amazing the staff are lovely and I felt very welcome!

Been to many hairdressers and by far this is the best. Won't go anywhere else now! Vic is amazing, as are all the staff. They all care about the end result as much as you do. They take their time and really think about what would suit you. Everyone is friendly and fun. It's like a happy family. Love them all and LOVE MY HAIR!
