Helping Hands Home Care Bolton

Been working for helping hands for almost a year. I absolutely love it. I recently had to take a week off sick at short notice and I couldn't have felt more supported. I currently care for 3 customers daily and knowing that they are now receiving the best care from myself and my team makes me feel so proud. They are constantly giving great feedback and they are extremely happy to have the care they receive.

I have employed the services of Helping Hands to look after my father for an hour each evening for two months now. I am very happy with the level of service he has received and the ease of communication between myself and the management/carer should any problems arise. It reassures me that everyone seems keen to get to know the person they look after so that they can adjust their care to meet their needs.

We contacted Helping Hands in Bolton last year as my father in law needed a carer as he was struggling with house work. I was put at ease from the original call i made and from the initial assessment visit. We have been really pleased with the care he receives. His carer is reliable and hard working and not only has his care been great, but also the communication with the office staff is really good too. We are kept informed, and receive regular checkins to check everything is ok. If you are considering care for a family member I would highly recommend Helping Hands

I have been working at Helping Hands for just over a Month now and have already formed great relationships with our customers. There is no better feeling then seeing our customers smile when you greet them, or the thanks you receive. The management team is fantastic and always available for support.

Helping hands have been superb. I'm commenting as a son of an employee. Since my mum started back in August 2020 she has come back out of her shell. She is always coming home happy and pleased to have clients that love how friendly and caring she is. I have also had the privilege of meeting the branch manager Jade. She is so funny and down to earth, in my opinion it is down to a management team like the Bolton branch has that makes the carers caring so much. I'm and advent listener of Bolton Fm and they have been mentioned a few times how good they are. Keep up the excellent work guys and stay safe
