Homecare team are providing personal care for my partner who can no longer walk and has dementia. They have been professional, polite and pleasant. They always arrive on time and I am grateful for their help.

However the carer whom you sent has been really good and I want you to know how impressed I am. Raheesa is obviously a very experienced carer who seems to enjoy caring for older people. She is extremely professional in her approach and for a stroke survivor such as I, that is important. She is a real asset to any caring agency and I know my husband looks forward to Raheesa providing his care as soon as his care package is approved. As you are aware his needs are more complex than mine and it will be a relief when Raheesa takes over his care.

I cannot recommend these carers highly enough . We are caring for my terminally ill Dad and they have been our lifeline . They are kind caring and treat Dad with respect and gentleness. We wouldn't have coped without their wonderful support.

I am so grateful for the care they give. Shabz in particular is kind, considerate, very caring & good fun. Communication with the company is excellent & I have found they always respond positively to my concerns, working with me to find the best options for my friend.
