Bella Italia - Bolton

Food in general is fantastic. The spaghetti was slightly undercooked but still edible. The majority of staff seemed friendly enough but could smile more when serving customers. The kitchen staff, however, need to stop slamming doors as it gives customers the impression that they don't want to be in work.

What a nice place, I actually liked it here. I had such a great pizza, it was cooked just how I liked it too! That's very hard to find in a place. I don't like a lot of cheese so normally get very put off with places if it's done wrong. Here was wonderful!!! Great mojito cocktail and lovely service.

Having visited this chain restaurant in the past, I wasn't exactly enthused about going again. To my surprise though, the staff were very attentive, helpful and pleasant. The food arrived in good time and it was absolutely delicious ! The dessert was to die for too ! (not literally) All in all, thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip and definitely looking forward to the next visit. 5 ⭐

My partner and I visited Sunday afternoon the place was very busy and it was a while before we were acknowledged! A lady we presume a manager/supervisor showed us to our table. Then after a while a member of staff came over apologising for the wait before taking our order. The young lady was very polite and friendly. We both enjoyed our food that was selected from the ‘set menu’! At set menu price the value is good. If we had paid the full menu price we would be less happy. We will return again.
