Great service, I took my wife for a look and nothing was too much trouble. Mary usually at the Wigan branch was great.

Love the jewellery from this shop. Was very disappointed today though as I went for a voucher to send In the post for a friend's birthday, only to find that you don't even do them. Never known a shop that doesn't sell Vouchers! So had to shop elsewhere.

Excellent experience, the staff were so friendly and patient in helping me pick out my wedding bands. The receipt says I was served by SLM, thank you so much for taking the time with me! 10/10 I’m sure I’ll be shopping here again!

Took a necklace back that was bought as a present for me and had broken. Didn't have receipt but they offered to repair or replace it. I opted for repair as it has sentimental value. They have sent it off and will be in touch in a week. Staff were extremeley pleasant, polite and helpful and store was clean, tidy and well presented.
