This is a first for me leaving a review without having actually bought a product but the guys at Castle Beds have been so unbelievably helpful for me, spending lots of time on the phone and via email giving me advice about my needs, to the point of basically convincing me that I didn't NEED to spend money right now. Rare for a company that relies on sales so a big thank you to you guys and when I eventually do need to buy a replacement bed you can guarantee that I'll be back on the phone to you!

A shining example of how online shopping should be! Great, and I mean GREAT, customer service. From start to finish. There was a slight hiccup at the delivery end but once flagged, the attention this received both in speed & resolve, second to none! I just wish I bought beds and mattresses more often; as this was the buying experience I'd love to receive every day! Sincere thanks guys. Really impressed.
