I cannot recommend John enough, from start to finish his service was exemplary. His knowledge is outstanding and he takes his time to explain all available options to enable you to make the decision that is best for you. He gives regular updates and works hard to achieve the best outcome for your individual circumstances no matter how complex they may be. We felt totally at ease with John which is important when discussing personal details. He is friendly and also has a great sense of humour. I cannot thank him enough for the results he achieved for us. I will definitely use John again and have recommended him to family and friends.

John has given us a fantastic service in finding a new mortgage. Our situation was more complicated than normal, with a multi part mortgage, wanting to take money out for home improvements as well avoid early repayment charges! He covered it all, clearly gave us the options and even dealt with some issues that cropped up between solicitors and lenders. Couldn’t recommend enough.
