I've recently moved away from one of the big high street names, they just don't come anywhere near the offering, friendliness and attention to detail that clough's do for the customer - chris, scott and the ladies on reception cannot do anymore for you! cannot recommend them enough, thanks for the 5 star customer service offering and see you all soon....... cheers darren

Excellent service and very professional, scott is very patient and goes above and beyond to ensure that any queries / concerns are addressed. there is also a good selection of choices of spectacles. highly recommend.

I recently had an appointment at cloughs they are absolutely outstanding i had the best eye test i have ever had . my glasses are perfect not only that i have dyslexia and i was offered to have something called a honeycomb lens fitted to my lens. i would just like to say after 56 years years of struggle with dyslexia i can now read without struggling for the first time it has truly changed my life. i recommend anyone to go and have a talk to them about this life changing product as it is amazing. thanks again to all at cloughs for introducing me to this fantastic lens. one very happy customer

Been coming to clough's for years for an eye test, glasses and contact lenses, can't fault it, it's a pleasure to go, the staff are amazing and very helpful and welcoming. always get a thorough eye test from christopher, second to none, wouldn't go anywhere else 😊
