I attended specsavers for an eye test and an oct scan and i was really impressed with the service from staff. i was welcomed by a lovely lady who took my details then did the tests. i was then seen by the optometrist who was exceptional. she gave me support and kindness and explained everything fully. i can't thank her enough for putting my mind at rest. would definitely recommend specsavers
This is my most recent update to my experience at specsavers in bolton. today i visited for a contact lense check and eye test and to choose new glasses. staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. transition between departments was smooth and faultless. a very good customer service and experience. well done to all staff and thanks for your help. would recommend this store for contact lenses and glasses. 10/10

My appointment was on time , i wasn't waiting at all. trainee optician was excellent to the highest point. she went through my eye scans and explained to me what they looking for. very interesting
