I went into vision express hoping they could help and i truly wasn’t disappointed the lady i saw was very helpful and made me feel at ease straight away bringing me a few frames to try was brilliant with a lovely smile the lady’s name is nikki and is a credit to the company i will be picking my glasses up in about two weeks and will definitely go back for future appointments
I've just collected my new specs and am really pleased with the service i received from naz who tested my vision, anisha & nikki who fitted my glasses and zhina for her help on eye infections. they were friendly, efficent while still being professional.

Really appreciated having all of my eye exams done by women - made me feel a lot more comfortable. next time i need an eye exam here, i will request an appointment with female optometrist. really happy to be able to spread my payment over 23 months. wonderful customer service all round and looking forward to my glasses arriving!
Amazing manager! customer service skills absolutely boss. i felt really weird about going to find out how blind i was and she was really good. stayed later to finish our order aswell
