I personally have not used the groom room for our girls. but will do in the near future the staff in the room are nice and the dogs i have seem being groomed look very relaxed.
We had to use the bolton branch because oldham was booked up. they were brilliant at bolton and went above and beyond, and charlie loved it!!
Fabulous groom for my old grumpy yorkie, very patient with her, and so caring. wouldn't go anywhere else
