Charlotte is fabulous. she is always responsive, flexible, efficient and helpful. she helped me with inventory checklist and tenant check-in, the work has been done seamlessly. the inventory checklist she conducted is the most detailed one i have ever seen. both my tenant and myself were very happy with charlotte’s services. she is the best letting agent i have ever encountered so far. highly recommended!

First, charlotte is very understanding ,and considerate, despite her busy schedule.she is very professional in her approach, very timely oriented.renders information selflessly& always ready to help. call her or send a whatsapp message , she's replied as soon as she's got your message or calls you right back. she is pretty efficient . i did like her persona from the start , and her disposition is top notch. feel free to ask her any question and she will oblige you with an appropriate response.
