Safiya's Retreat

Nicole was kind, friendly and just the right level of chatty. She talked me through the products she used and also advised me and answered any questions that I had. It was a very relaxing experience and the staff and atmosphere is warm and friendly from the minute you step inside. Definitely will be coming back again to try more treatments.

Last week I went in for a facial. I was welcomed by my therapist Sabra who was very welcoming and professional! Sabra was absolutely amazing from the very start to the end. In fact she went out of her way to accommodate for me as I had health issues and couldn’t have some of the treatments I had booked part of my deal, so therefore she she made sure I had other treatments. Sabra is an asset to Safiya’s. Look forward to more treatments!

Absolutely loved my experience. All the staff are so lovely and welcoming. Bilkis was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and safe. Being plus sized isn’t easy but she never made me feel uncomfortable. 100% recommended and will definitely be booking again. I’ve been 3 times and it’s never failed to deliver. The atmosphere in the room was so relaxing, the decor was spot on and even the waiting room was inviting.

I would like to share my experience today and from the minute I entered the retreat I was greeted with a staff member. She booked me in and asked me to take a seat. I wasn’t even waiting 5 minutes and was called by Nicolle who explained what I was having and making me feel comfortable throughout the pamper. She was lovely and kept me informed throughout what she was doing and asking how I was. I would definitely recommend this place and I have already booked to return for another treatment.

This place was amazing, a group of 6 of us went to use the Spa facilities and have treatments such as massage and facials done. Honestly, it was a brilliant experience. The staff are so professional, uniformed, polite and friendly. Sabra did my massage and she was professional, experienced, friendly, created a warm atmosphere and immediately put me at ease. She knew exactly what she was doing and how to work around my body, you could tell how experienced Sabra was! I would recommend her for a massage. I loved the fact that the owner came round and had a chat to us, felt very welcome. A few rooms for improvements - fix the toilet lock, put curtains between shower cubicles so it feels a bit separate and private and can only pay with cash, would have also loved a swimming pool! Overall I had a lovely experience and will be going back for a massage with Sabra!
