Decathlon

Firstly Decathalon products are amazing, but I was really disappointed when we went to Bolton to look at kids bikes, and/or carrier options, no real experts around willing to help on bike carriers for kids, and none to try. All the test bikes were poorly setup, my kid tried a test bike only to find the brakes didn't work so he hit a wall, this bike "ready to ride"?? erm where's the peddles? Don't lose the expert touch as that's Halfords bike territory and service.

Come in to the store late Monday night. I was looking for some shoes to use outdoors when running. Ended up buying the purple trail shoes Thanks Abby for explaining the difference in the type of shoes and the benefits! Super store, super staff. Gentlemen at the till very friendly as well.

Got my daughter fully kitted out for her first jumping event. Great looking products for the price. Did a mixture of click & collect and browse/shop in store. Thank you Decathlon.

Great place to shop. The staff are easy to talk to and are really helpful. They take their time to explain any problems and how to solve them. For example, I got a new bike a few weeks ago and the bike is amazing fits me perfectly and for what I need it for. I took it in for a check up and the back wheel is buckled a little but lindsey was very helpful to solve the problem and explained she will order a new part if it happens again. Thank you for the help.

It was my first ever visit to a Decathlon store and I would 100% return. There was a great selection of stock to choose from. The store was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly, especially Claudia. She was very attentive, polite and helpful. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. I came back to the till with my mum to purchase more clothing and Claudia jumped back on the till to assist, even though her shift had ended. She really went above and beyond with her customer service and deserves the recognition. It was a stress free visit and myself and my mum came away with some lovely products. Thank you
